Arrival and departure are flexible at Urban Stay District 3. Private check-in and check-out and express check-in and check-out are available, with check-in from 14:00 to 23:00 and check-out at 12:00. A concierge service, daily housekeeping, luggage storage, a wake-up service and 24-hour security cover the day-to-day needs, and a lift serves the building.

For longer trips there are laundry, ironing service and dry cleaning, and family rooms are among the facilities.
